room had window box A/C that did NOT cool whole room + sign taped over central air unit saying do not use NO A/C in the hallways, they were horribly hot and hallways were unlit until sensor dected movement then light came on... bedspreads were BADLY stained on the underside, numerous yellow stains, had to remove from beds and use blankets underneath the contentinal breakfast was a JOKE, stale doughnuts. tea bags but no hot water, NO microwave, coffee in carafe no coffee maker host could have been friendlier This place in bad need of upgrading...

Greatly enjoyed spending my time in this clean brand-new hotel. The property was in a good location so close to Barrington, Illinois and environs, and a restaurant next door. I found Gettin' Basted offering shots and different drinks 1 mi of the venue.

I really loved the room with 2 beds, it was super cozy. the spot near all the shopping centers was awesome, really convenient for grabbing anything we needed 😊.

The staff were friendly, and made attempt to accoumadate, particularly when it took 3 attempts to get a room and key that would work. It snowed, plowed, salt put out for safety
rooms run down, carpet terrible. slept in my coat. Linen/towels burn hole, stained. Would not walk on floor/carpet with out shoes on.

Customer-facing staff, fairly clean rooms.
excellent and particularly good location to an eatery down the road where we could have breakfast. for shots visit chessie's restaurant, nestled within 15 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Location, free wi-fi
The only working light in the main room was on the computer desk. The lights by the bed and chair did not work. Linens in one room were not clean.

smell in hallways, room. hallway window covering needed repair. elevator needed facelift. bed short (I'm only 5'7". If I were 5'10" my feet would have been over the end. The shower barely delivered any water. Room and floor covering could use updating. didn't check out the breakfast.
